ASCO/ LEGRAND/ C & S / HAVELLS / SCHNEIDER: - M/s Rash Electrical is representing as an Authorized Service Center for M/s. ASCO / LEGRAND / C & S / HAVELLS and an approved vendor for SCHNEIDER. We are providing after sales service support for industrial products. We have specific and experienced Engineers with us to attend the Service Calls. Hereby we are sending our Engineer to attend the complaints and for installations. We at our works have complete Test arrangement for testing the controllers and changeovers.

RP ELECTRICAL has been pioneers in manufacturing of Control Panels since 2005. We are Licensed Electrical Contractors and Control Panel Builders and undertake projects of electrical installations. As an established name for Control Panel Manufacturer we have our regular supplies to HCC, D-MART, IBM VASHI, ROYAL PALM HOTEL, K RAHEJA UNIVERSAL, CIDCO to name a few.
QUALITY:
- 100% checking of all branded material before use as per client's requirement and approved BOM.
- Inspection of Fabrication Structure for Dimensions & Material as per Approved G.A. Drawings.
- Inspection of Painting & Powder Coating.
Routine Tests are conducted on Panels
- Insulation Resistance Test with 1000V DC Megger.
- High Voltage Test with 2.5 KV/MIN. between Phase, Phase-Neutral, Phase-Earth, Neutral-Earth.
- Function Test
- Visual Inspection of Panel & Materials.
APPROVALS:
- Short Circuit Test: 4000A, 65kA rms for 1.0 Second with initial peak of 143 kA as per IS: 8623 (Part-1), from CPRI, Bangalore.
- Temperature Rise Test: 2000A, 415V, as per IS: 8623 (Part-1), from CPRI, Bangalore.
- Degree of Protection Test: IP:65 Protection Class as per IS:13947 (Part-1), from CPRI, Bangalore.
